Our commitment to making Gunnar BioTech's website, purchasing process, and Fluxion software usable by people with disabilities.

Our commitment

Gunnar BioTechnology LLC is working to provide an inclusive experience for people with disabilities. We aim for the public website and purchase path to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.

Measures we take

Our website includes measures intended to support access, including:

  • semantic headings and page landmarks;
  • keyboard navigation, a skip link, and visible keyboard focus;
  • text and interface color contrast designed to meet WCAG Level AA;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics;
  • support for reduced-motion preferences; and
  • labeled checkout controls and status messages that assistive technology can announce.

We review pages with automated checks and manual keyboard testing and will continue to address verified barriers as the website and Fluxion change.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet provide an equally effective experience in every situation:

  • Scientific screenshots, charts, and interactive visualizations can contain dense visual information. Some may not yet have a complete nonvisual equivalent.
  • The Fluxion desktop application includes graph-heavy scientific workflows that we are continuing to assess and improve for keyboard and assistive-technology use.
  • Stripe checkout, GitHub downloads, and YouTube videos are provided by third parties and are not fully under our control.

If any of these limitations prevents you from getting information, buying or downloading Fluxion, or using a feature, please contact us. We can provide information or reasonable assistance in another format at no additional charge.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

Email support@gunnar-biotech.com with the subject “Accessibility Request.” If you are comfortable doing so, tell us:

  • the page, feature, or Fluxion workflow involved;
  • the barrier you encountered; and
  • the browser, operating system, or assistive technology you were using.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive medical information to request help.
